In 2012 we bought a second hand Territory, and within a day, the latch holding the dash compartment closed broke, and it was stuck open. I tried my local Ford Dealer, who wanted $500 to replace the whole compartment. So instead, I bought a 3D printer, and printed a replacement clip. I kept printing them and selling them, and sold over 1,500 of them.

3D printing is really amazing. I’m up to my 7th printer now. It’s incredible to think of something, design it, and then just create it.
